What size SIM card do I require?

SIM cards are 3-in-1 Multi Sim, standard, micro or nano.

Are there caps on SIM speeds?

Your upload and download speeds are free to roam without any throttling. Speeds are dependent on the coverage in your area, so you can effectively rely on a SIM at the fastest available pace!

How long will my data plan last?

You've got choices! We offer a 30-day rolling plan or lock it in with contracts lasting 12 or 24 months.

If I order the unlimited SIM, is it really unlimited?

Almost! It's like an all-you-can-eat buffet with a limit - our 'unlimited' plan comes with a 650GB fair usage policy. It's a gigantic portion that satisfies almost everyone's hunger for data.

Will my SIM work outside of the UK?

Yes, our data roaming covers the UK and Europe, however, charges are based on the tariff you select. If uncertain, you can liaise with the Customer Service team to check what destinations carry what charges.

How soon can I get my SIM after I place an order?

We aim to have your SIM(s) within five business working days. We do offer a special delivery service, please contact [email protected] for more information.

Can I see usage statistics for my fixed IP SIM?

Absolutely! All Roam Networks customers can log into the client portal to check out the latest stats for all your SIMs. It's your data, and it's just a login away!

What happens if I exceed my data allowance for my SIM?

If you happen to exceed your data allowance, you will get charged Data Over Usage on your next bill. You can increase your allowance by speaking to the Customer Service team on 0333 320 2090.
